The Heritage Hotel wanted to preserve its classic charm while upgrading its outdated plumbing system to modern standards. We designed a hybrid plumbing solution using both copper and PEX to ensure reliability while maintaining historical aesthetics. Each guest room was fitted with luxury showers, tankless heaters, and in-wall toilets for a sleek finish. A smart water management system was also installed to prevent leaks and improve maintenance oversight. The project was completed in 5 weeks with zero guest disruptions.
